well i think lighting is the most important thing about a movie. it all depends on the lighting to make a great movie great. i think lighting has to improve the movie in many ways. just to say in a couples way that lighting has to be good.
To Meriah and Day: Lighting is indeed very important for movies. A good director can use different lighting conditions to express his ideas and emotions.
